Then, because I am an adult human trying to funciton in a pandemic, sometimes if they don't call me back, I forget, and I run out of medication. The office claims they will call you back within 72 business hours, yet I have had to call 2-4 times each time. After seeing your psychiatrist online, you need to make an appointment with the office. The psychiatrists do not have voice mails, therefore you need to leave messages and I have had the experience about four times in the past three years where I was unable to get medication refills for medications that NEED to be taken daily or one will have withdrawal symptoms (SSRI/SNRI). That being said, prior to the pandemic this office was not ideal with making appointments or returning phone calls. It is so unfortunate that this business is run so poorly, because two of the professionals I have used at this business are wonderful and it's the reason I have not yet left.
